The building involves deconstructing the traditional architectural paradigm of a building and reimagining it as a mechanized structure with a fusion of form and function.

Our concept is to create different moments of interrelations and connections. The notion of breaking down the idea of a building to something that is more systemic, turning the building into an adaptive machine in order to create different formations of use. This structure orchestrates a dynamic tapestry of human interaction within its confines. Tailored for visionaries in the technology realm and entrepreneurs embarking on innovative journeys, our units feature mobile modules that seamlessly integrate with residential units, effectively expanding the spatial boundaries of habitation.

These modular zones, conceived with versatility in mind, serve as modular, multifaceted units that transform to accommodate the demands of laboratories, office spaces, and data centers. The data
centers will act in a way to allow for the growth of the start up companies, so as the companies grow
the building will in turn grow as well. The modular spaces like moving labs can potentially connect to
each other creating even bigger space, and the moving modules can be rearranged to fit the fast pace of development within the start ups. Mirroring the expansion of the data centers with the building itself, a testament to its adaptability.
